Return Policy

We always deal with our customers fairly and reasonably. Rest assured that if something isn’t right with your purchase, we’ll do our best to fix it and guarantee your satisfaction.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If you are not satisfied with your order and want to return your item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. After this period, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.

You may return the product for a refund for the following reasons:

– If the product is damaged upon delivery.

– If the product is faulty or doesn’t match what you’ve ordered.

– If we have made a mistake with your order.


All items are made to order, so they can not be returned if you’ve simply changed your mind or order a design or model by mistake.

You are also responsible for the accuracy of all data that you have provided during checkout, including item details such as design or case model, billing, and shipping address.

Extra processing, replacement, or shipping costs may apply to fix issues resulted from inaccurate data provided by the customer.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as delivered, and must also be in their original packaging.

 

Return/Exchange Process

Please let us know your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return/exchange. Please us this page to apply your return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We might also need you to take a quick picture of the item for verification.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:


* Any item not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.


Note: Returns without prior confirmation will not be accepted. Please contact us before returning any item(s), so we can first confirm the item(s) to be returned.

To avoid any customs charges, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund, unless if the item is faulty, damaged upon delivery, or a wrong item has been sent.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item.
